How Online Detoxification Works
Online Alcohol Detoxification using advanced vital sign monitoring technology
Reach out to our office. We will discuss the cost of treatment, outline any insurance coverage, and conduct a short telephone screen for eligibility.
Once ready to proceed, an online appointment with one of our board certified physicians will be conducted.
During the initial evaluation, your provider will obtain your medical history, review your current health issues, and discuss any additional items that may be needed such as laboratories. Once all the needed information is collected and reviewed, the required monitoring devices in place, and laboratories obtained, a start date and time will be selected (usually within 48 hours of the initial evaluation).
Medications are prescribed and some meds are started even before formal detox begins.
Detoxification then starts under close monitoring including on-demand audio-visual contact with our providers. Most alcohol detoxifications can start within 48 hours of the initial evaluation and be successfully completed in just a few days.
Online Opioid Detoxification
Reach out to our office. We will discuss the cost of treatment, outline insurance coverage, and conduct a short telephone screen for eligibility.
If ready to proceed, you will have an online appointment with one of our board certified physicians.
Once all the needed information is collected and reviewed, the necessary medications, such as buprenorphine/naloxone, will be prescribed.
Detoxification will begin under the close monitoring of our medical staff. Most opioid detoxifications can be successfully completed in one to three days.
How TelePsychiatry Works
For treatment of psychiatric issues (not including detoxification), follow the three steps outlined below to execute a telepsychiatry appointment. If you prefer to have an in-office appointment, you can also use the same first two steps below to schedule an in-office appointment. Always feel free to contact our staff if you have any questions.
Register online or call our office. We will discuss the cost of treatment, outline your insurance coverage, and conduct a short telephone screen for eligibility.
Go to the "Appointments" section of your account. Choose "Schedule a Telepsychiatry Appointment" if you want a remote tele-psychiatry appointment, or choose "Schedule an In-Office Appointment" if you prefer to have an in-person, in-office appointment. This will allow you to gain access to the scheduling calendar for that type of appointment. Choose the date and time of your liking and you will be prompted to choose the length of the appointment. Book your appointment.
On the day & time of your appointment, log into your account and click the link that says "Enter Waiting Room". You will be sent to the virtual waiting room where your provider will see you and connect with you as soon as they are available. If you scheduled an in-person, in-office appointment, go to your provider's office on the date and time of your appointment where your provider will meet you. Feel free to contact us with any questions. We hope to see you soon!
